This product is really good. I highly recommend. I recently purchased the 13 inch unibody macbook and was not happy with the white color but I wanted a mac and in order to get all with the macbook I couldn't get the macbook pro. This does a good job of protecting the section of the computer that your palms rest on. it even comes with a mouse pad section so you can cover the mouse pad. The installation was pretty easy. It's a lot like putting a screen protector on a cell phone screen...match up carefully and then place it on. The best part is you don't get bubbles to iron out like the cell phone screen protectors.
I would give this 5 stars but it only comes in silver which I like the silver color but it would be nice to have a option for clear because this does fit both macbook 13in. white unibody and macbook pro 13in unibody models.
Don't hesitate to buy if you want to protect your macbook unibody 13in. It will definitely do the job. |

I did not opt to use the trackpad cover since the original glass surface is so silky. I am very pleased with this purchase. |

| I took off the palmguard after two months of use and found pock marks in the finish of my mac. Although there is no sticky residue, something in that adhesive has created discolorations and pock marks into my mac. I'm very displeased with this! I put the palmguard on as soon as I bought my mac so I know it wasn't from anything else. |

| I purchased this because i wanted to protect my macbook pro as much as i could. Since the color is identical to the aluminum body of the computer you barely notice its there. You need somewhat of a steady hand and a good eye to put it on. I purchased a case for my computer as well, and put the case on right after i put the palm guard on. The palm guard is now lifting and bubbling slightly on the side where the case is making some contact with it. This is why i gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, i would highly recommend this product if you want to protect your investment. |
